Rules:
1. Perform as many reps as possible in one set of the selected exercise
2. Reps cannot be done on multiple days
3. Email or WhatsApp hyper-lapse video
4. Winner gets to choose the next challenge
5. Deadline to submit your video is every Friday at 4pm
