The Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (SporTT) Pursuant to Section 26(1) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act 2015, as amended, (“the Act”) the Office of Procurement Regulation (“the Office”) has established a database, known as the Procurement Depository, to which suppliers or contractors can submit information with respect to, among other things, their qualifications and experience.
With the full proclamation of the Act, all procuring entities are required to select only suppliers and contractors listed on the Procurement Depository for the purposes of, inter alia, pre-qualification and preselection for any procurement activity.
Contractors and vendors interested in conducting business with SPORTT must ensure that they are registered with the Depository.
