The Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (SporTT) invites suitably qualified individuals and firms to submit Expression of Interest documentation for the Management of Sevilla Golf Clubhouse & Pool Facility.
The intent of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify private sector entities with proven track records, and relevant qualifications and experience in facility management services. This is a performance and prescriptive-based service request for the safe and effective management of the facility for a period of 36 consecutive months.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) REQUIREMENTS
Interested parties are invited to submit. The EOI submission must, at a minimum, include:
- Letter of Introduction
- Company profile and contact details
- Summary of relevant experience
- Outline of proposed operational approach
- Evidence of financial capacity
- References from similar projects

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT:
In accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015 (as amended), suppliers of goods, works and services interested in conducting business with SporTT must be registered on the OPR Procurement Depository. The relevant guidelines for registration can be found on the OPR website via https://oprtt.org/procurement-depository/.
Therefore, SporTT is inviting suitably qualified suppliers to register and apply for pre-qualification in the OPR’s Procurement Depository for the following:
SporTT reserves the right to develop a shortlist of entities based on assessment of the responses received. Interested entities are therefore required to submit a comprehensive response. Failure to so do may result in exclusion from further processes.

SCOPE OF WORKS
Description:
The Sevilla Golf Club, located in Couva, has been under SPORTT’s management since 2006. The facility includes:
- Clubhouse with banquet hall and ground-floor bar/kitchen areas
- Recreational swimming pool and open deck
- Parking facilities
- Two tennis courts (operated by Sevilla Tennis Club)
- 9-hole golf course and driving range (operated by Brechin Castle Golf Club)
Purpose:
To ensure the safe, effective, and commercially sustainable management of the facility.
Line of Authority:
The management entity will report directly to the SporTT Facilities Management Department.
Scope of the Contract:
- Lease, operation, and day-to-day management of the facility
- Management and maintenance of the clubhouse, pool, and grounds
- Staffing and human resource management
- Implementation of safety and risk management protocols
- Compliance with all relevant statutory requirements
- Revenue generation and reporting
