World Walking Day!

World Walking Day, a global relay which is celebrated annually will take place this year on Sunday 6th October 2024.
This initiative encourages the engagement of individuals and communities in physical activity and sport, raising awareness about the benefits of being physically active.
The theme for this event will be “Steps Toward Better Health”, which promotes healthy lifestyles while providing diverse ways to stay fit and support global unity.
