REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (SporTT) invites interested bidders to tender for the Design-Build Upgrade of the Mast Lighting at the Larry Gomes Stadium.
REGISTRATION WITH THE DEPOSITORY
In accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015 (as amended), any party seeking to provide goods, works and services and interested in conducting business with a public body must be registered with the OPR Procurement Depository.
Guidance for registration can be found on the OPR website via https://oprtt.org/procurement-depository/. SPORTT is therefore inviting suitably qualified contractors to register with the OPR’s Procurement Depository for the following:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENT:
A request for the RFP package can be made via email to [email protected] from Friday 17th May 2024.
Interested firms also can view an excerpt of the tender documents and frequently asked questions on SPORTT’s website (www.sportt-tt.com).
SITE VISIT
A mandatory visit to the subject site will be held on Wednesday 29th May 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Interested firms are required to confirm their attendance via email to [email protected], together with the names of their representatives who will be in attendance.
The Deadline Date for submissions is Tuesday 18th June 2024 by or before 2:00 p.m.
Late submissions will be rejected. SporTT reserves the right to cancel the present notice in its entirety or partially, without defraying any costs incurred by any bidders.
