His remarkable career saw him don the jerseys of some of the world’s most iconic football clubs, including Manchester United, Aston Villa, Blackburn Rovers, Birmingham City, Sydney, Sunderland.
His goal-scoring prowess and magnetic presence on the field made him a fan favourite wherever he played. He was a key player for Trinidad and Tobago’s national team, scoring 19 goals in 74 appearances. He retired from professional football in 2009.
