This drive and dedication are all part of the Sport in Schools Programme (SISP), led by the Community Sports Department (CSD). The action isn’t just in Victoria — schools in St. Patrick and Southeast are also on the move! 🔥

📅 Training continues next week — Monday 26th May!

🇹🇹 ‘Game On’ at Skinner Park! 🏆 The 🇹🇹 ‘Game On’ at Skinner Park! 🏆

The Community Sport Department of the Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago (SporTT), in collaboration with Anstey Memorial Girls’ Anglican School, continued one of the most exciting and inclusive components of the Sport in Schools Programme (SISP) — the “Game On” initiative 🙌🏽

The developmental event took place today (Friday 23rd May 2025) at Skinner Park, San Fernando, where the entire school population (Std 1 to Std 5) participated in a variety of sporting disciplines in a fun, engaging and supportive environment.

This initiative introduced approximately 190 female students (many for the very first time) to the fundamentals of football, cricket, badminton, and netball 💪🏽

The event followed a rotational format with students in groups of 40 being rotated every 30 minutes, to experience each sport, which ensured every child had the opportunity to learn, engage, and enjoy new sporting activities while promoting physical literacy, teamwork, confidence, and personal growth ✅
