Liam Carrington is on a roll! He’s officially qualified for both the World Championships in Singapore 🇸🇬 and the Junior World Championships in Romania 🇷🇴 this year!

Even more epic? 💥 He’s now the youngest Trinidadian swimming athlete EVER to achieve this incredible double qualification! 🙌

Last month at the 2025 CARIFTA Aquatics Championships, Liam delivered a dominant performance with:

🇹🇹 MATCHDAY: Soca Warriors square off agains 🇹🇹 MATCHDAY: Soca Warriors square off against the Reggae Boyz in Unity Cup! ⚽🏆

The ‘Unity Cup’ kicks off today at 2:45pm (TT) at the Gtech Community Stadium in Brentford, London, where Trinidad and Tobago’s senior men football squad is set to face Jamaica as the Afro-Caribbean Invitational Tournament is back after 21 years 🙌🏽 

Today’s match, the first ever “Trini-Jam” clash on Uk soil, begins the tournament as the two teams battle for “The Best in the West Indies” bragging rights in London ⚔️

Tomorrow (Wednesday 28th May), Nigeria (Super Eagles) will take on Ghana (Black Starz) in a highly anticipated showdown for the “West African” bragging rights 💪🏾

All four teams will be back in action this Saturday (31st May) for an exciting double-header at the Gtech Community Stadium. The day will feature a third-place play-off, followed by the grand finale to crown the 2025 Afro-Caribbean/Unity Cup champions ✅
