The Community Sport Department – Sport in Schools Programme joined forces with the RightWay Centre of Learning and Academic Development for an exciting Post-SEA Initiative — designed to ease the transition to secondary school through sport, mentorship, and experiential learning! 💪🎓

✨ It all kicked off with an inspiring tour of the SPORTT Couva facilities — including the National Aquatic Centre, Cycling Velodrome, and Ato Boldon Stadium!

💼 Followed by a Career and Empowerment Day, where students explored how sport can open doors to exciting careers and personal growth.

🏃‍♂️⚽ Then it was Game On! — a Track & Field experience focused on teamwork, discipline, confidence, and FUN!

SporTT’s School and Community Cricket Coaching P SporTT’s School and Community Cricket Coaching Programme continues in full swing! With nearly 80 schools in the mix, the foundation for greatness is being set!💪🏏

This week, young cricketers from Picton Presbyterian, Balmain Presbyterian, Macaulay Government, and Union Presbyterian were put through their paces under the expert guidance of coaches Tammika Nanan-Ramsumair, Damian Ramsumair, and Indar Badree—with support from Senior Coordinator and cricket icon Samuel Badree himself! 🏆

From batting drills to bowling basics, these sessions are building confidence, character, and future champions. 🌟

The North Coast Primary School Sports Round Robin The North Coast Primary School Sports Round Robin Tournament is officially underway and what a thrilling start it is!

This exciting three-day sporting event brings together Brasso Seco Primary, La Fillette Primary, Las Cuevas Government Primary, and Blanchisseuse Government Primary.

Organised by the North Coast Sport Academy in collaboration with SporTT’s Community Sport Department, the tournament celebrates youth development, healthy competition, and community unity through sport. 💪🇹🇹

🗓️ Yesterday (June 4), the action started with a cricket showdown at the Blanchisseuse Recreation Grounds—and it was full of energy, excitement, and plenty of SIXES! 💥
