REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE DESIGN-BUILD UPGRADE REFURBISHMENT WORKS AT
THE ATO BOLDON STADIUM, COUVA
The Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (SPORTT) invites interested local bidders to tender for The Design-Build Upgrade Works at the Ato Boldon Stadium, Couva.
Interested firms will have the opportunity to view excerpts of the Tender Documents on SPORTT’s website (www.sportt-tt.com) from Monday December 19th, 2022.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASE:
The Tender documents can be purchased from Monday 19th December, 2022 until Wednesday 18th January, 2023, for a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TT $2,000.00) or the equivalent of Three Hundred United States Dollars (US$300.00).
Due to the current Covid-19 health guidelines, payment can only be made via SPORTT’s Operating Account #1413090, First Citizens Bank by:
(i) Making payments via Bank-to-Bank Transfers; or
(ii) Making payments via Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer
Further details regarding both payment options, can be obtained from the Guidelines for Payment and Sale of Tender Documents on SPORTT’s website (www.sportt-tt.com).
A mandatory visit to the subject site will be conducted on Friday 20th January 2023 at 10:00 a.m. All bidders are required to attend the said site visit. Access to the site on the abovementioned date and time will only be granted upon presentation of the SPORTT receipt obtained upon purchase of the RFP package.
The deadline for submissions is Friday 17th February 2023, no later than 2:00 p.m.
Late submissions will be rejected. SPORTT reserves the right to cancel the present notice in its entirety or partially, without defraying any costs incurred by any bidders.
