REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (SporTT) invites interested bidders to tender for
the Provision of Preventative Maintenance of the Air Conditioning Systems at the National Racquet Centre

 

REGISTRATION WITH THE DEPOSITORY

In accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015 (as amended), any party seeking to provide goods, works and services and interested in conducting business with a public body must be registered with the Trinidad & Tobago OPR Procurement Depository. Guidance for registration can be found on the OPR website. SporTT is therefore inviting suitably qualified contractors to register in the OPR’s Procurement Depository for the following:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENT

The RFP package will be available from Tuesday 14th January 2025 via SporTT’s eboxTENDERS Platform at https://eboxtenders.com/sporttt. Interested firms also can view an excerpt of the tender documents and frequently asked questions on SPORTT’s website (www.sportt-tt.com).

SITE VISIT

A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Monday 27th January 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Interested firms are required to confirm their attendance via email to [email protected], together with the names of their representatives who will be in attendance.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS

To ensure successful submission, all files should be formatted using Adobe PDF. File names must not contain special characters such as “#,$,%,^,&,*”.

Tender submissions must be uploaded and submitted electronically via Sport-TT’s eboxTENDERS Platform (ONLY) at https://eboxtenders.com/sporttt no later than Wednesday 5th February 2025 by or before 2:00 p.m.

Proposals MUST NOT be emailed to SporTT. Emailed submissions will result in disqualification.

Late submissions will be rejected. SporTT reserves the right to cancel the present notice in its entirety or partially, without defraying any costs incurred by any bidders.
