The Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (SPORTT) invites interested bidders to tender for:
Air Conditioning and Ventilation Works at the Sevilla Clubhouse Facility
REGISTRATION WITH THE DEPOSITORY:
In accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015 (as amended), any party seeking to provide goods, works and services and interested in conducting business with a public body must be registered with the OPR Procurement Depository.
Guidance for registration can be found on the OPR website via https://oprtt.org/procurement-depository/. SporTT is therefore inviting suitably qualified contractors to register with the OPR’s Procurement Depository for the following:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENT:
A request for the RFP package can be made via email to [email protected] from Wednesday 3rd July 2024.

SITE VISIT:
A mandatory visit to the subject site will be conducted on Wednesday 17th July 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Interested firms are required to confirm their attendance via email to [email protected], together with the names of their representatives who will be in attendance.
The Deadline Date for submissions is Monday 5th August 2024 by or before 2:00 p.m.
Late submissions will be rejected. SporTT reserves the right to cancel the present notice in its entirety or partially, without defraying any costs incurred by any bidders.
