Mr. Jason Williams is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (SporTT), one of the fastest growing and dynamic state agencies.
His career extends across specialities in Air Travel, Hospitality, IT and Software development. He has also successfully completed a Master of Laws (LLM) International Commercial Law, a Master of Business Administration with specialization in Finance and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA.
All these attributes have been applied in motivating and encouraging his executive team towards achieving excellence, and to keep focus on the vision and mission of SPORTT. As a leader, he exudes a powerful driving force in the workplace and applies his “matter-of-fact” attitude and tireless energy to drive the Company’s growth and to encourage all employees to continuously work hard towards their personal success and the overall success of SPORTT.
Outside of his normal work routine he is actively involved in the management of the Curepe Sports Club and is well known and avid lover of cricket.

Annesha Colley is a Project Management professional in the field of construction and architecture with over 20 years-experience in the industry.
She is always seeking a better way to provide excellence even with successful projects under her belt. Being a fast learner in her industry coupled with proper communication’s skills allows for her to be a team player and team leader in a world dominated by men and with added pressures to produce world class results.
Outside of her working achievements she has been into competitive sport since childhood and even competed on the women's basketball team at University in Jamaica. Socially has very eclectic tastes, ranging from working out to reading, and socializing the trini way.
Annesha’s go to words of wisdom comes from Martin Luther King, “intelligence plus character- that is the goal of true education". This can be seen in her striving daily to be a better human being and acquiring a master’s in project management, a BA in Architecture and various Associate Degrees and Diplomas.
Justin is the holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management and Master of Science (MSc) in Sport Management. He has previously served as General Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association (TTFA)and as the Technical Sport Director in the Division of Sport and Youth Affairs, Tobago House of Assembly (THA).
Overall, these professional undertakings amounting to over fifteen (15) years of accumulated post-graduate degree experience at a middle/senior administrative level. Notably, while a significant component of his experience was gained in the industry of sport and physical education, his professional experiences and academic qualifications have supported the development of leadership acumen that can be purposefully and competently applied across a broad array of operational and/or administrative conditions within an organization.
An emotionally intelligent professional, guided by a conscientious, disciplined, determined and goal-oriented demeanor, he has proven to be an independent thinker that is resourceful. Moreover, he has a commendable capacity to prioritize and manage his workload.
Kip Kenno Roberts is the Head, Health, Safety, Environment and Security at the SporTT where his area of responsibilities includes the development and implementation of the HSE Management systems and all HSES policies and procedures. He has extensive knowledge in Occupational safety and health. Kip obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health with Honors from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, and his Master of Science degree with a distinction in Occupational Environmental Safety and Health from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
He has additional experience and training in accident investigation, hazardous waste operations and emergency response in accordance with OSHA 29CFR 1910-120, International Ship and Port Facility Security Code, Emergency Medical Care, Risk Assessment and Process Safety Management.
Kip has over 18 years experience in occupational safety and health in both private and public entities settings and is committed to providing a safe and healthful workplace as an Occupational Environmental Safety and Health professional.
Francisco Reyes Tineo is a Civil Engineer specialized in Project Management with 18-years’ experience in all aspects of the construction industry ie. Supplier Manufacturing/Supply, Contractor, Client.
He has worked in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago and was recruited by Kee-Chanona Ltd. as an expat Civil Engineer in 2008.
Francisco started working at SPORTT in 2012 as a Consultant Project Manager and was recently promoted as Head of Projects Design & Administration since 2021.
He loves to lime, is an avid fan of cricket and all 4’s.
