🇹🇹 UCI Certified Cycling Courses at NCV! 🏟️

x2 Olympic coach, Erin Hartwell, and Tyrone Johns, Performance Coach – Sprint Disciplines at the UCI World Cycling Centre (WCC) in Switzerland are currently conducting two UCI certified cycling camps at the National Cycling Velodrome (NCV) in Couva 🚴🏽‍♂️💨

17 individuals including T&T’s Olympians, Nicholas Paul and Kwesi Browne, are part of ‘UCI Level II Coaches Training Course’ which is scheduled to conclude this Sunday (8th June 2025) ✅

21 junior cyclists from seven countries (Barbados, Belize, Jamaica, Guyana, St. Lucia, Suriname and Trinidad & Tobago) are also being UCI certified in the ‘UCI Level I Cycling Training Camp’ at the NCV which is scheduled to conclude on the following Sunday (15th June 2025) 📋

These cyclists will undergo a series of Track and Road cycling activities as well as theoretical material over the two-week period as they sharpen their technical abilities and mental tactics on their bikes 🔄💪🏽

This camp is also being used as preparation for the cyclists who are expected to participate in the upcoming 2025 Youth Pan American Games scheduled for August in Paraguay 🏆

🔥 Jereem “The Dream” Richards Shines in Phi 🔥 Jereem “The Dream” Richards Shines in Philly! 🇹🇹💨

At the Grand Slam Track Meet held at Franklin Field, Philadelphia, our very own Jereem Richards powered through the competition this weekend!

🏃‍♂️ On Sunday 1st June, he claimed 2nd place in the men's 200m with a time of 20.34s, finishing just behind Dominican Republic’s Alexander Ogando (20.13s). Bahamian star Steven Gardiner took third in 20.49s.

🏃‍♂️ On Saturday 31st May, Jereem also secured 3rd place in the 400m, clocking in at 45.05s.

🎯 With 14 points earned over both races, Jereem secured 3rd place overall in the men’s long sprints category. What a weekend for “The Dream”! 🌟
